I graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in Buffalo, NY in 2006. As a licensed massage therapist, I studied anatomy and physiology, myology and various massage modalities, including Swedish, Medical, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Chair Massage, Frozen Shoulder, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Injury/Rehab Therapy. I worked for salons and cruise lines before I decided to start a practice in Rochester NY. I has been in private practice for 12 years.

My wife Heather and I are proud members of this community.  Heather has been a teacher for over 17 years and we are active Foster Parents for Monroe County DHS.  Heather and I currently have 5 beautiful children. My extracurricular activities include spending time with my family, vacationing, being outdoors, biking, swimming, camping, and hiking.

My passion for massage therapy came from being raised by my mother who is legally blind.  She reared me to see that the sense of touch has incredible healing powers and I want to be able to share those healing powers with others.

I feel strongly that massage therapy can be about more than just relaxing. I believes, as research has shown, that regular massage therapy sessions can greatly improve the health and well-being of my clients. I will take the time to discuss any health concerns you might have to better tailor your sessions in my office.
